Seven peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/3 stick of butter
Melt butter in a 2 quart casserole or something slightly larger than a pie dish. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and milk. Spoon batter over melted butter, covering the bottom of the casserole. Spoon peaches over batter and bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Should be golden on top and slightly crisp around the edges. Yum!
